Global warming / climate change was a catastrophically bad idea promoted by the “New Democrats” as a way to revitalize the democratic party after a couple of failed elections. The old liberal line of the democrat party had run it’s course and the democrats needed a shiny new image and a new platform. The bad idea of the platform for the 1988 election has metastasized like cancer and it’s threatening to consume us all.
Politics ? Technology ? Environmentalism
The democrats built a platform on an unholy trinity of politics, technology and environmentalism. The convergence of this trinity is destroying the very foundations of this country and the infection is destroying the lives and livelihoods of people all around the world. The democrats need to come clean and put a stop to it. In an article on Politico, Michael Lind wrote:
At first, in its early years in the 1980s, the New Democrat movement seemed like a rejuvenation of New Deal liberalism for the information age. The enthusiasm of the “Atari Democrats” like Gary Hart for the emerging tech industry echoed FDR’s enthusiasm for hydroelectricity and LBJ’s support for the space program. National service, a signature proposal of founding New Democrats like Senator Sam Nunn of Georgia, consciously evoked FDR’s Civilian Conservation Corps, LBJ’s Job Corps, and Kennedy’s Peace Corps.
From that, one could make a case that the Democrats pick a favored industry and build a message campaign around it because that’s exactly what Al From did. Al From was the political strategist who transformed the party comprised of old line liberals to be the New Democrats of the Future party. The favored industry was the Tech Industry and the political power for the movement came from a group of young Democrats that were known as the Atari Democrats because of their support for Silicon Valley and conversely Silicon Valley’s support for them.
One of the leaders of the Atari Democrats, Tim Wirth (D-CO) was in large part responsible for the movement “technology for a clean environment”. Al Gore, another Atari Democrat was responsible for the indirect campaign for the technology industry marketing the concept of “global warming” with the only solution being technology to control our use of the environment – to “save the planet”.
In a 1989 article in the New York Times, E. J. Dionne wrote about the adoption of the environmental cause led by a group of politicians – primarily Democrats known as the Atari Democrats. Dionne wrote (emphasis added):
Once they were known as ”Atari Democrats,” young moderates who saw investment and high technology as the contemporary answer to the New Deal. Today, they are the Democrats’ Greens, politicians who see issues like clean air, clean water and global warming as the key to future victories for their party.
Like all political fashions, the transformation is rooted in more than cold calculation. The Greening of the Democratic Party, a process that can be dated to the first Earth Day in 1970, has taken root in soil that is equal parts idealism, generational politics and economic prosperity.
…According to Senator Al Gore, a Tennessee Democrat who has won the sobriquet Mr. Global Warming for his concerned commentary on that ecological threat, Mr. Nixon’s strong environmental record was a direct response to the initiatives of former Senator Edmund S. Muskie of Maine. In 1971, Mr. Muskie seemed likely to be the Democratic Presidential nominee in 1972 and had made the environment a centerpiece of his campaign.
…”As I was entering high school, my mother was reading ‘Silent Spring’ and the dinner table conversation was about pesticides and the environment,” Mr. Gore said. ”The year I graduated from college the momentum was building for Earth Day. After Vietnam, as I was entering divinity school, the Club of Rome report came out and the limits to growth was a main issue.” Search for New Issues
When the ”Atari Democrats” first emerged in the early Reagan years, their commitments to free markets and investment won them much criticism from older liberals, who considered their neo-liberalism as warmed-over Reaganism. Mr. Leahy, who combines his environmentalism with an old-fashioned commitment to social programs, argues that the cutbacks of the Reagan years suggested that it had been a mistake for members of his Congressional class to take the old programs for granted.
But some of the Atari Democrats argue that their commitment to innovative uses of markets and to the environment are complementary. Mr. Wirth, for example, has sought to bring his two passions together by arguing that market forces can be harnessed to protect the environment and work better than ”command-and-control regulations.” A Right to Pollute
In newspeak the word “market” means a computer system that centralizes control of buying and selling allowing the market maker to take a skim off the top of each transaction. The concept essentially brought back middlemen which had been dying out as a result of time and modern communications but in the case of the environment, the idea was to have the middlemen control a market of intangibles – fictions that merely serve as an extraction of wealth from producers.
When the idea of “polluter pays” was first proposed, it sounded like a good idea. A chemical plant that pollutes a stream should pay to clean up the stream. Who could argue? But that wasn’t really what they had in mind. What they had in mind was a technology solution that involved market trading of fictional creations – certificates representing pollution that carried with them the “right to pollute”. As one company reduced air pollution, it would generate “pollution credits” that another polluter could buy to offset the pollution that he was generating in the course of his business. It didn’t help the environment, but it did providing funding for a radical movement that will ultimately destroy the country if it isn’t stopped.
Senators Tim Wirth (D-CO) and John Heinz (R-PA) introduced the concept as Project 88. In a report titled, Crossing the Aisle to Cleaner Air: How the Bipartisan “Project 88″ transformed Environmental Policy”, the authors wrote:
“… the development of Project 88 and how Senators Heinz and Wirth helped to bridge not only the gulf between environmentalists and business but also a divide between eastern and western interests”.
The report also contains an excerpt of a speech given by Senator Heinz on floor of the House in 1988:
“We are in a war for a safer, cleaner environment and the environment is losing. That’s why we need to harness incentives and market forces in the battle. The strategies which Senator Wirth and I have outlined in Project 88 will help our nation to move further, faster, at less cost…”
(Hmmm sounds like Hillary… “we are in an information war and we are losing that war”).
Project 88 is a classic example of how a concept can sound great in theory, but is psychopathic in implementation.
Project 88 was the marriage of environmentalism, technology and regulatory authority blended to produce the most radical and profitable “religious movement” in world history. The money is made through the implementation of technology and systems that destroy the real economy – replacing it with a global virtual economy comprised of virtual “markets”. The democrats campaign language of “saving the planet” along with the money provided by the technology industry has empowered a lunatic sub-culture cult of earth worshippers who no doubt saw this as their moment in history when there would be a renaissance of paganism.
Arc of Hope
“On September the 9th, 2001 a celebration of the Earth Charter was held at Shelburne Farms Vermont for the unveiling of the Earth Charter’s final resting place. This “Ark of Hope” will be presented to the United Nations along with its contents in June of 2002. It is hoped that the United Nations will endorse the Earth Charter document on this occasion; the tenth anniversary of the UNCED Earth Summit in Rio.
Placed within the Ark, along with the Earth Charter, were various items called “Temenos Books” and “Temenos Earth Masks.” Temenos is a concept adopted by Carl Jung to denote a magic circle, a sacred space where special rules and energies apply. Some of the Temenos Books were created within this magic circle by children, who filled them with visual affirmations for Mother Earth. Fashioned with the “earth elements”, the Temenos Earth Masks were also worn and created by children….
Inside this ‘ Ark of Hope‘ the Earth Charter is handwritten on papyrus paper, and ready for presentation to the United Nations; the Ark along with it’s Gaia “Ten Commandments” – a new covenant to which every nation must adhere. Each panel represents one of the five traditional elements of pagan worship: Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Spirit. According to the Ark of Hope website, the Ark’s dimensions are 49″ X 32″ X 32″ and it was crafted out of a single Sycamore plank. The obvious meaning behind the Ark of Hope is to mock God’s own Ten Commandments and the Ark of the Covenant. In this context the choice of Sycamore wood for the Ark of Hope’s construction is a revealing one. The Sycamore tree was sacred to most all the pagan religions in the middle east during biblical times, and in Egypt especially: To the Egyptians the Sycamore was a healing tree; The tomb of Osiris was built in Sycamore wood, and shaded by Sycamore trees; Burial in Sycamore coffins was a symbolic return into the womb of the mother goddess; The deceased hoped to live in the Sycamore tree. In 2009, Senator John Kerry gave a speech to a Council on Foreign Relations (CF) audience with Tom Brokaw moderating the Q & A. In the speech, Kerry revealed:
Some of us have been at this for a long time. In 1988 on an already hot June day Al Gore and I held the first hearings on global climate change. And Jim Hanson appeared and he announced to the country that global climate change was not a theory; it was here.
Subsequently, four years later, Al and I and Tim Wirth and a group of senators traveled to Rio to the Earth Summit where we worked with about 177 other nations to put in place a voluntary framework on climate change, recognizing then what the science told us and coming together in a global community to try to respond to it.
At the time, Jim Hansen worked for NASA. His theories since have been disproved based on his use of fabricated data but because the doctrine of global climate change was never about the weather, it was about sales of technology and control of people, the agenda rolls on.
Marc Moreno of the Climate Depot wrote:
It is not surprising that James Hansen — a man who has been arrested nearly half a dozen times protesting ‘global warming’ and who has endorsed a book calling for ridding the world of industrial civilization — would continue to make scary predictions. The world needs to take a collective yawn at Hansen’s latest claims and ask how in the world was this man ever allowed to be in charge of the NASA temperature datasets!”

Everything bad thing he talks about – famine, war, displacement of people are all things that are being caused by the policies of the Cult of the Eco-terrified that are preventing us all from using the environment to live. We need water. We need land to grow food. We need natural resources of all kinds to shelter ourselves and protect our families.
It was the policies of the Eco-terrified that has empowered the agencies of government like the EPA, the BLM, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Forest Service, to terrorize American citizens by preventing and or making prohibitive the use of natural resources in this country. Two members of the Hammond Family will be going to jail on trumped up charges of eco-terrorism when their only crime was being Ranchers whose ranch is next door to a wildlife refuge. THAT’S HOW FAMINES ARE CREATED! Put the food producers out of business. Take water away from farmers by removing dams. Drive the price of electricity up to drive the cost of production up.
We can no longer allow the psychosis of the eco-terrified to rule the world. They are insane and their insanity will kill us all if we continue along this path.

At least 195 nations, the far majority of scientists, climatologists, and meteorologists, agree that climate change which includes global warming is made worse by human activities. It’s a pretty simple concept, based on the earth is a biosphere, like a fish bowl, that traps air, heat, cold, pollution, and just about everything else on earth, by inward gravitational pull. With the combined population growth and polluting/heat-creating technology, we are altering the natural course of our climate. Pollutants trap heat, but they also block sunlight, so we humans are contributing to global warming AND global cooling, or to better clarify it: climate change. It’s not only theoretical, but also logical and factual. Technology and movement causes friction which adds to heat. The more heat, the more water vapor is created, therefore more smog (polluted water vapor) blocking the sun, so there is a constant battle between warming and cooling. Larger high and low pressures change the climate as some areas face extreme drought while others face extreme flooding. The more people, the more pollution, the more friction, the more temperature variations, the more pressure. Look what happens when low pressures or temps mix with high pressures or temps: deadly tornadoes hitting us on Christmas for just one example. Oregon has just had record rains, California record snows after record droughts, 100s of cities shattering heat records, while the earth just had the hottest years ever recorded. Now that said, most Democrats and the Left don’t seem to understand that population growth is a root cause of the above problems, as they support massive immigration to the USA and Europe. They bring high-birthrate muslims there and we bring in high-birthrate Catholics from south of our border, as both flee the problems overpopulation caused where they came from (poverty, wars, crime, environmental degradation, malnutrition, disease). Their (Dems & Left) answer is to make more laws against people in order to have more people. Carpool lanes, no-idling cars, no fireplace fires, stricter smog checks, no washing car with hose, more off-road vehicle restrictions, and hundreds of other laws to control people just to pile in more destructive people stacked on top of each other in apartments. Unfortunately human behavior is destructive as people trash, burn, and destroy this once pristine world. The more people, the more environmental destruction. Without the EPA, BLM, and other agencies to save our environment from our harm, we the people would have already made this world much more toxic with more severe weather and droughts than it is. Sadly most democrats can’t see that since we have so many harmful people causing so much damage that we need to limit the population of them. Donald Trump has the best answer in his immigration plan: to keep them out of this nation. Al Gore and his kind brought the 3rd-World here by the millions as Obama still is. Only Trump, Cruz, or Santorum can help save us; all the rest of the Crats and RINOs are worthless. So at least we pretty much agree that the Crats and Left, including Al Gore, are part of the problem here. We need true conservatives to run things, who know how to conserve our environment.

I give no quarter to any of the doctrine of global warming and climate change because it isn’t about the weather. It’s about totalitarian control of people in a technocratic tyranny. Until all of the psycho freaks are beaten back down into the hell from which they came, I won’t write a single word about protecting the environment because that plays right into their hands.
