We, therefore, resolve to begin immediately to construct the “Free Trade Area of the Americas” (FTAA), in which barriers to trade and investment will be progressively eliminated. We further resolve to conclude the negotiation of the “Free Trade Area of the Americas” no later than 2005 . . . One America
The campaign that Clinton launched: One America, was very clever – using the duality of meaning to pit Americans against Americans when Clinton’s real goal was the Free Trade Area of the Americas – hemispheric integration of North, Central and South America. The Free Trade Area of the Americas is open borders ostensibly for commerce – but commerce includes the free movement of people making it an initiative corrosive to sovereignty of the nation-state. As such, FTAA was against the interests of all Americans (US) including minorities.
New Order of the Americas
December 8, 1993 President William J. Clinton signed the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act NAFTA Worker Security Act. It became Public Law 103-182.
The legislation was H.R. 3450, passed by House on November 17, 1993 and by the Senate on November 20, 1993.
New International World Order – Surrender of Our Economy
December 8, 1994 President William J. Clinton signed the Uruguay Round Agreements Act Retirement Protection Act of 1994. It became Public Law 103-465. This legislation authorized the establishment of the World Trade Organization – effective January 1, 1995.
The legislation was H.R. 5110, passed by the House on November 29, 1994 and by the Senate on December 1, 1994.
Divide and Conquer America
Obviously, the plan to subvert the sovereignty of the United States yielding to a Liberal World Order (aka the New World Order) required a ground game to oppose Americans who would inevitably rise to defend the sovereignty of America. Divide and conquer using race, religion, identity (anything but American) and federal money for “community development” was the strategy for capture of local jurisdictions.
On October 16, 1995, Bill Clinton remarks on Race Relations, Pandering to the Black Tribe pitting black against white.
On June 13, 1997, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 13050 establishing the President’s Advisory Board on Race.
June 14, 1997, President Clinton announced One America in the 21st Century: The President’s Initiative on Race.

The President’s Initiative on Race. This Initiative is a critical element in the President’s effort to prepare our country to live as one America in the 21st century. He envisions an America based on opportunity for all, responsibility from all, and one community of all Americans. The President recognizes that, even as America rapidly becomes the world’s first truly multi-racial democracy, race relations remains an issue that too often divides our nation and keeps the American dream from being real for everyone who works for it.

On 26 November 1976, Willy Brandt is elected president of the Socialist International (SI). In his inaugural address, he announces three offensives of the SI for peace and disarmament, for new North-South relations and for human rights. Moreover, Brandt wants to liberate the International from its “eurocentrism” and make it open to partners from the “Third World.”
Pathways: Executive Summary – Chapter Three—The Changing Face of America
In Chapter Three, the Board examines the changing face of America. The discussion of race in this country is no longer a discussion between and about blacks and whites. Increasingly, conversations about race must include all Americans, including, but not limited to, Hispanics, American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Asian Pacific Americans. Statistics show that by the year 2050, the population in the United States will be approximately 53 percent white, 25 percent Hispanic, 14 percent black, 8 percent Asian Pacific American, and 1 percent American Indian and Alaska Native. This represents a significant shift from our current demographics of 73 percent white, 12 percent black, 11 percent Hispanic, 4 percent Asian Pacific American, and 1 percent American Indian and Alaska native.

Note: This article was originally titled: One America: Divided We Fall. It was published on July 11, 2022. Curiously, the article was deleted from my website hosted by Godaddy. Fortunately, I was able to recover the article from the Internet Archive. I rebuilt the article here and gave it a new name: One America: The President’s Race War. I couldn’t recover the video clips so I had to link directly to C-Span to the full programs.
It looks like Clinton-Gore set up a strategy to rob the U.S. Treasury, put gangsters in charge through federal funding and programs, pit identity tribes against Americans in anticipation of the fall of America to a system of hemispheric governance under the OAS which is under the UN System.
