Imagine a government that is responsive to your desires as a business. Rip up the banking regulations? Sure, no problem. Wall Street: We need to be self-regulating because this is too complex for government workers to understand. You got it. Turn the border patrol into Search and Rescue and eliminate their law enforcement powers? Absolutely. We need to bring in hundreds of thousands of H1-B programmers and engineers to learn our systems so that we can export the systems and the jobs to India. You bet. You want to export water from the Great Lakes. We’ll get right on it.
Whatever the American government can do for you… we are here to serve. Of course. That is….if you are a corporation or an association that can hire a lobbyist and you can “Pay to Play“.
Al Gore’s Reinvention of Government was actually the transformation of government to be a business serving the interests of business. They released government employees to wheel and deal with businessmen and in the process, they eliminated the concept of citizenship and replaced it with ‘Customer‘. In simple terms, they put the bank robbers in charge of security at the bank. They set up the American people for grand theft country.

When they ripped up the internal regulations for government employees, they were ripping up the rules that prevented collusion and conspiracy between the regulators and the regulated. The end result would not have been difficult to predict: theft of public monies, corruption of the regulatory process, government picking up overhead costs for private business, regulation and taxation of the people who were not at the table: the citizens of the United States. The accommodations made to business by government led to the corruption of Wall Street and the “failures” of the SEC. The SEC was just “serving the customer” aiding and abetting in the theft of investor money. And it’s from looking at the “systems of government” – the mandate for electronic medical records, the smart highways and freight tracking for Walmart, FED Ex and UPS; the government assistance in setting up supply chains which are by definition monopolies that the corruption becomes obvious. The Bush-Clinton crime families didn’t invent anything. They converted our government to “state capitalism” which is fascism for business and communism for the people.
