The fissure in Idaho politics just opened a little wider such that we can now see the rot in the bowels of the political landscape. The issue that brought about the most recent revelation was Idaho H.0024 – the Idaho Launch Grant Program. As much as it pains me to do this, I have to defend the Idaho Freedom Foundation’s campaign against this legislation – albeit too late because it did pass through the puppet legislature. We are nearing the end game of the globalist takeover of the management of countries – the Global Raj as it were and it’s well past the time of civil discourse which nobody pays attention to anyway.
We are on the precipice of losing our country to a management system operated through the United Nations agencies and programs. If I have issue with the Freedom Foundation’s flyer, it’s only that the Launch Grant Program is a taxpayer funded facilitation for global Trade in Services (GATS) under the WTO system but nobody talks about that. (Note: this is why we are having to fight with the unions for control of the schools – the International Labor Organization agreed to Trade in Services even though it commodified labor globally and nationally.)
The idea of the Launch Grant Program legislation:
This bill expands the existing Idaho Launch program to high school graduates starting with the class of 2024. Eligible graduates can receive a grant of $8,500 to be redeemed at the workforce training provider, career technical program, community college, or college of their choice. Preference will be given to students pursuing in-demand careers based on job market data.
SECTION 1. LEGISLATIVE INTENT. The purpose of this act is to enable the Workforce Development Council to coordinate the state’s policy to match Idaho students with Idaho jobs in in-demand fields.
“Grant distribution platform” means a digital platform through which grant funds are transferred from the council to the account of a participant to be used for eligible education expenses.
“In-demand careers” means careers that have a high number of openings in Idaho or an expected high rate of growth in Idaho. In-demand careers are to be determined annually by the council based on job market data.
It’s not a new idea of course. It’s just another step on the road towards global fascism. The Idaho legislators were simply performing their duties as handmaidens to business.
The idea for the government to “produce workers for business” was conceived in the 1980s when William Brock as US Trade Representative kicked off the Uruguay Round of trade including Trade in Services (GATS) in the process. A service is a person or a job and Brock serving the interests of American Express, American Insurance Group (AIG) and Citigroup and their Coalition of Service Industries (CSI) lobbied for both blue and white collar labor to become commodities in the global system of commerce. In 1985, Ronald Reagan appointed Brock to be the Secretary of Labor where he initiated the project to turn American citizens into mere workers to be managed by the government for business.
Designing the system took a number of years of course, but the end result was a National Human Resource Management System.
The requirements for government management of the labor force (blue and white collar) included a database of all job openings in the U.S. and a database of all available qualified workers so that jobs could be matched with workers. Fortunately, during the Bush 43 administration, America’s Job Bank was unveiled and images of the government websites were captured before the internet portals were put behind the curtain of seemingly private sector job posting websites. Click on the image of the America’s Job Bank to the right to see the deception unfold. The Talent Bank described below was unveiled by Vice President Al Gore in 1997.
Notice at the bottom of the America’s Talent System is the notation of State and Local Systems. Those State and Local Systems include Student Information Systems.

Student Information Management System (SIMS)
In 2006, the Idaho legislature voted to establish a Student Information Management System (SIM) containing all information about students. The SIMS provides the “incubating worker” information for the National Human Resources Management System (NHRMS). The SIMS is the foundational information that will be linked to the job database history for the cradle-to-grave worker management system. Of course it wasn’t just Idaho that was passing this boilerplate legislation. It just happened that the Idaho Eagle Forum caught the legislation and issued an ALERT on it. Idaho Eagle Forum Legislative Alert.
This is a graphic depiction of the Idaho SIMS system that was captured from the Idaho State Board of Education website. Notice it includes “Other Sources” with a line showing two-way sharing of data.

WORKLINK – Electronic Resume-Pedigree
The WORKLINK system brings together the data collected by the state student information systems and employers for what is a cradle-to-grave information system. WORKLINK IS an electronic resume that begins on the first day that a child is registered for school. It was designed by the Educational Testing Service in cooperation with the Chambers of Commerce, Private Industry Councils and the National Association of Secondary Principals.
The Workforce Development Departments will most likely be the interface point between student information systems and employers. That interface is required to produce the electronic resume and to maintain the work history for America’s talent bank for the cradle-to-grave human resource management system.
